In a flower galaxy far, far away...

Hi everyone! I have another project using the Tonic Craft Kit 09. Boy did I have a lot of fun making these!

I thought it would be fun to make a galaxy bag of cards - and I was right, it was a hoot!  I find the easiest way is to cut out your shape first - then you can add your galaxies straight onto the watercolour card.
I've only used Nuvo Aqua Flows  - 2 green, 2 blue, and 2 purple and black.
Once dry add white liquid ink to complete your little galaxies.
Repeat the process for the front, back and sides of your box.
Adhere your galaxy panels to your box (you only need to die cut your box shape twice, it's that easy).
You can make a card blank out of the largest panel. I used mine upside down so the cards have little feet.  Then attach your galaxy panel and add a sentiment.
I wanted to keep the little cards really simple as the galaxy was the main focus, but you could add other embellishments, sentiments or toppers. I used the top layer die cut panel, some sequins and confetti, liquid gilding, and sentiments.
If you wanted to put a gift inside the bag, you could just have one matching card, which looks absolutely beautiful as a set.
Even on it's own, it's a stunning flower galaxy bag. (hehe)
The cards fit in perfectly but you have to put them in upside down. Clever, eh?
I made this as a galaxy gift bag of cards...
I've been putting off making my first video - mainly because I am bricking it! But I was wondering if you'd like to see me make a galaxy card or maybe something with shimmer powders and masking fluid? And if anyone has any spare confidence, please send it my way! I feel like fainting just thinking about it lol.

Here is my other blog post for a mixed media bag using the same kit...

Have a great day and I'll see you soon.
Lots of love and hugs
Jennifer xx
